Laboratory M. Real is a familiar business and tradition in Jerez de la Frontera that combines professionalism and closeness. Some of the most important milestones of our history are:

1933. Lab Foundation by Manuel Real of the Toyos.

1983. After the death of the founder, his son Manuel Real is in charge of the laboratory and the principles and philosophy taxes for 50 years.

1993. Joining the company of Ana Real, granddaughter of the founder.

1999. The laboratory is accredited by ENAC (National Accreditation) for testing in musts, wines, spirits and vinegar.

2013. The company adapts to new technologies and collects its essence and services on a website.
